Please be aware that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We value appointment times with our clients and allocate professional staff and resources accordingly. While we wish to avoid cancellation fees at all costs; missed appointments or late cancellations disadvantage potential clients who could have benefited from the appointment time.  

Less than 24 hours notice will result in a booking forfeit of 100% of the consultation fee.
