Nutrition Consultations
Nutrition consultations are available through Telehealth services. This means wherever you are in the world we can help you with what you need.
Initial Appointment
During your first appointment, we investigate all aspects of your health; including an in-depth review of your medical history, recent pathology, genetic predispositions, gut health and a thorough assessment of your nutritional needs.
Our holistic service means that your individual treatment plans include dietary, environmental and lifestyle recommendations. Along with practical advice in the form of sample meal plans and recipes to help you get started.
In some instances we may also request further investigations in the form of blood tests, microbiome or diagnostic tests such as hydrogen breath tests to assess, improve and monitor your health.
Follow-Up Appointments
These consults provide us with an opportunity to monitor how you are responding to nutrition therapy and make adjustments accordingly. Along with tracking your progress we can interpret recent pathology and diagnostic testing ordered at your previous appointment.
For our paediatric clients, anthropometric measures (weight/height) are monitored to track growth and development

Rebates for Dietitian Consultations
Private Health Funds
Dependent on your level of health cover, most Australian private health funds rebate visits to an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD). Clients are required to pay the cost of the consultation at the time of booking. Following your consultation, a receipt will be emailed for you to lodge a claim with your private health fund.
Medicare - Chronic Health Disease Management Plans
Medicare rebates are available to clients who have a chronic condition and complex care needs under the management of a medical practitioner (GP). Eligible clients can receive up to 5 rebates of $56.00 within a 12-month period for consultations referred under the item numbers: 93000 Dietetic Video Consultation & 93013: Dietetic Phone Consultation. Clients are required to pay the cost of the consultation at the time of booking. Following your consultation, a receipt will be emailed for you to lodge a claim with Medicare.
